House Rules of Hotel Jupiter

1. General information

1.1. Hotel Jupiter operates 24/7.

1.2. Check-in is only possible upon presentation of the original identity document. For children, the original birth certificate is required.

1.3. By signing the registration card, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these House Rules and consents to the storage and processing of their personal data.

1.4. The full version of the House Rules and the public offer agreement are available on the website hoteljupiter.ua.

2. Check-in and check-out time

2.1. Check-in time: from 14:00.

2.2. Check-out (billing) time: until 12:00 (noon), local time.

3. Early check-in and late check-out

3.1. Period from 01.10 to 30.04 (subject to prior approval from the Hotel and availability):

Early check-in:

• from 05:00 to 12:00 — 50% of the daily rate;
• from 00:00 to 05:00 — 100% of the daily rate.

Late check-out:

• until 18:00 — 50% of the daily rate;
• after 18:00 — 100% of the daily rate.

3.2. Period from 01.05 to 30.09 (high season)

From 1 May to 30 September, early check-in and late check-out are charged at 100% of the room rate, regardless of the exact time, subject to availability.

4. Payment for accommodation

4.1. Payment for accommodation is made in advance for the entire period of stay.

4.2. Full payment is due at check-in.

4.3. The following payment methods are accepted:

• cash (UAH);
• bank transfer (UAH);
• Visa / MasterCard bank cards.

5. Room cleaning and service

5.1. Room cleaning and towel change are carried out daily before 16:00.

5.2. Bed linen is changed once every 3 days.

5.3. If cleaning has not been carried out before 17:00 for any reason (including the guest sleeping, refusal or lack of access to the room), cleaning is postponed to the next day.

5.4. In case of systematic or deliberate refusal by the guest to allow housekeeping staff into the room, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate accommodation services due to sanitary and hygiene requirements.

6. Services and amenities included in the room rate

Guests of Hotel Jupiter are provided with the following services and amenities included in the room rate:

• private bathroom;
• hairdryer;
• toiletries, bed linen and towels;
• refrigerator;
• desk;
• air conditioning;
• TV;
• telephone for contact with the reception;
• electric kettle;
• complimentary Wi-Fi;
• bed according to the booked room category.

7. Use of the refrigerator in the room

7.1. The in-room refrigerator is intended solely for storing packaged food and drinks that do not require special temperature control.

7.2. It is prohibited to store in the refrigerator:

• fish in any form (fresh, chilled, frozen);
• seafood (shrimp, crab and others);
• raw meat;
• other products that require strict temperature control or may cause strong odours and violate sanitary standards.

7.3. If these conditions are violated and strong odours appear or additional cleaning is required, the guest must compensate the related costs according to the Hotel’s price list.

8. Complimentary services and common areas

Hotel guests may use the following services free of charge:

• Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel;
• coffee machine (coffee) and tea in the common area;
• microwave oven for heating food;
• tableware: plates, cups, forks, knives;
• luggage storage service;
• taxi call service;
• first-aid kit;
• wake-up call service.

9. Parking

Dear guests! Please note that parking must be booked and paid for in advance.

9.1. Parking fee is 300 UAH per day.

9.2. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, no space may be available upon arrival, so we recommend booking in advance.

9.3. Parking spaces may be located both in the parking area of our building and in neighbouring residential complexes.

9.4. Parking fees are non-refundable, as the Hotel immediately transfers payments to third-party owners of the parking spaces.

10. Stay with children

10.1. Accommodation of a child under 7 years old without an extra bed is free of charge.

10.2. The Hotel provides baby cots. Baby cots must be requested in advance, as their number is limited.

10.3. Children under 14 years of age may stay at the Hotel only under adult supervision.

10.4. It is forbidden to leave children under 14 years of age in the room without adults.

11. Stay with pets

11.1. Hotel Jupiter is pet-friendly for:

• dogs weighing up to 5 kg;
• cats.

11.2. Accommodation with a pet is only possible upon prior approval from the Hotel administration.

11.3. A refundable deposit of 1000 UAH is charged at check-in and returned upon departure if no room damage is detected.

11.4. Accommodation of approved pets is free of charge.

11.5. The guest bears full financial responsibility for cleanliness and preservation of the Hotel’s property.

12. Guests and visitors

12.1. Visitors are allowed in the room from 09:00 to 22:00 subject to approval by the Hotel administration.

12.2. After 22:00, the presence of third parties in the room is not allowed.

12.3. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of invited visitors.

12.4. The Hotel does not bear financial or legal responsibility for the consequences of visits by third parties.

13. Smoking

13.1. Smoking is only permitted on room balconies.

13.2. Smoking in the room or in common areas is not allowed.

13.3. In case of violation, a fine of 6000 UAH is charged and the guest may be asked to leave the Hotel immediately without any refund.

14. Quiet hours and comfort

14.1. For the comfort of all guests, please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

14.2. In case of serious or repeated disturbance, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation without refund.

15. Use of equipment

15.1. Air conditioning may only be used when windows and doors are closed.

15.2. In case of violation, a fine of 4000 UAH may apply.

16. Storage of personal belongings and liability

16.1. Each room is equipped for storage of personal belongings with:

• wardrobe;
• bedside tables;
• safe.

16.2. The Hotel administration is not responsible for interruptions in public utilities, including emergency power cuts, water supply interruptions, heating issues and other circumstances beyond the Hotel’s control.

17. Safety and shelter

Bomb shelter

The bomb shelter is located in the parking area on level –2 of the residential complex.

You can reach the shelter using:

• the service elevator;
• or the stairs.

18. Generator operation

The Hotel is equipped with a generator that provides power for:

• elevators;
• water supply pumps;
• water heating;
• heating system;
• corridor lighting;
• reception area.

In the common area, while the generator is running, guests may:

• use a hairdryer;
• charge mobile phones, laptops and other devices.

Generator schedule:

• the generator does not operate from 00:00 to 05:00;
• at night, the generator is switched on only in case of an air raid alert.

19. Early departure

19.1. In case of early departure, the guest must notify the Hotel administration at least 24 hours in advance.

19.2. If no notice is given, the cost of one night’s stay is charged.

20. Force majeure and liability

20.1. The Hotel administration has the right to enter the room without prior notice in case of an emergency, dangerous situation or force majeure.

20.2. In case of damage to or loss of the Hotel’s property, the guest must reimburse the damage in accordance with the Hotel’s price list.

20.3. If the guest remains absent for more than 1 hour after the check-out time, the administration has the right to inventory the belongings and place them into storage.
